Living in Auckland, New Zealand, I work with those looking to reduce their stress levels and improve daily life.
Using a strength-based approach, together we’ll identify skills and techniques unique to you that can make each day easier to navigate.
These sessions are for those seeking to understand the breadth of their capacity; to not just survive, but thrive every day.
About Me
My experience comes from a varied career in the arts, social services and psychosocial support.
I have a background in co-counselling and a postgraduate diploma in Arts Therapy. I am currently working as an Expressive Arts Facilitator and Arts Therapist for children, teenagers and adults, individually and in groups.
I look forward to meeting you.

“What a wonderful day - thank you so much for making it so. It was heartwarming to see the children and the residents enjoying each other - and hearing the children talk about the new things they discovered.
You made it run so smoothly and you managed to make everyone feel relaxed and able to feel open to communicating and creating."
